1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility / Aceptación de los Términos y Elegibilidad

[EN]By downloading, installing, or using SoleGle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By tapping "I'm 18+" on the first launch, you confirm you meet this indispensable requirement.

[ES]Al descargar, instalar o utilizar SoleGle ("la Aplicación"), aceptas estar sujeto a estos Términos de Servicio. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices la Aplicación. Debes tener al menos 18 años para utilizar este servicio. Al tocar "Tengo más de 18 años" (o "I'm 18+") en el primer inicio de la aplicación, confirmas que cumples con este requisito indispensable.

2. Description of Service / Descripción del Servicio

[EN]SoleGle is an AI-powered application that generates face-swapped images and videos, as well as featuring live matchmaking features. All generated content is AI-created and may not accurately represent real people, places, or events.

[ES]SoleGle es una aplicación impulsada por inteligencia artificial que genera imágenes y videos con intercambio de rostros, además de contar con funciones de emparejamiento en vivo. Todo el contenido generado es creado por IA y puede no representar con precisión a personas, lugares o eventos reales.

3. User Content and License / Contenido del Usuario y Licencia

[EN]You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By using the App, you grant SoleGle a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating content. We do not use your photos to train external AI models.

[ES]Tú conservas la propiedad de cualquier foto que subas. Al usar la Aplicación, otorgas a SoleGle una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para procesar tus fotos con el único propósito de generar contenido. No utilizamos tus fotos para entrenar modelos de IA externos.

4. Prohibited Uses and Conduct / Usos Prohibidos y Conducta

[EN]You agree NOT to use the App to:

  • Display nudity, sexual acts, genitalia, or violence on camera.
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, insult, or impersonate other users.
  • Show minors on camera, intentionally or otherwise.
  • Record, screenshot, save, redistribute, or stream other users without their explicit consent.
  • Attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or game the rating or matchmaking system.
  • Create deepfakes for fraud or deception.
  • Generate defamatory content or content that promotes illegal activities.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as real photographs.

Reports of abuse may result in your account being locked or terminated immediately without notice.

[ES]Aceptas NO utilizar la Aplicación para:

  • Mostrar desnudez, actos sexuales, genitales o violencia frente a la cámara.
  • Acosar, amenazar, intimidar, insultar o suplantar la identidad de otros usuarios.
  • Mostrar a menores de edad frente a la cámara, intencionalmente o no.
  • Grabar, tomar capturas de pantalla, guardar, redistribuir o transmitir a otros usuarios sin su consentimiento explícito.
  • Intentar abusar, aplicar ingeniería inversa o manipular el sistema de clasificación (rating) o emparejamiento.
  • Crear deepfakes para fraude o engaño.
  • Generar contenido difamatorio o que promueva actividades ilegales.
  • Tergiversar el contenido generado por IA como si fueran fotografías reales.

Los informes de abuso pueden resultar en el bloqueo o la terminación inmediata de tu cuenta sin previo aviso.

5. Live Battles (Video Feature) / Batallas en Vivo (Función de Video)

[EN]The live video feature pairs you with another user for a real-time session.

  • Camera and Microphone Access: Participation requires granting camera and microphone access. Your video and audio are transmitted peer-to-peer to your opponent in real-time.
  • Captured Frames and Moderation: The App silently captures still images from your camera for our AI moderation system. These may be retained for up to 30 days for dispute resolution and are not used to train external models.
  • No Expectation of Privacy: You acknowledge that anything visible or audible on your camera or microphone may be observed by your opponent and reviewed by our moderation systems.
  • Assumption of Risk: SoleGle does not pre-screen or identity-verify other participants. You participate at your own risk.

  • Acceso a Cámara y Micrófono: La participación requiere otorgar acceso a la cámara y al micrófono. Tu video y audio se transmiten de igual a igual a tu oponente en tiempo real.
  • Captura de Fotogramas y Moderación: La Aplicación captura silenciosamente imágenes fijas de tu cámara para nuestro sistema de moderación de IA. Estas pueden conservarse hasta por 30 días para la resolución de disputas y no se usan para entrenar modelos externos.
  • Sin Expectativa de Privacidad: Reconoces que cualquier cosa visible o audible en tu cámara o micrófono puede ser observada por tu oponente y revisada por nuestros sistemas de moderación.
  • Asunción de Riesgos: SoleGle no preselecciona ni verifica la identidad de otros participantes. Participas bajo tu propio riesgo.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclosure / Divulgación de Contenido Generado por IA

[EN]All images and videos produced by this App are generated using artificial intelligence. We recommend clearly disclosing that shared content is AI-generated. SoleGle is not responsible for any misuse of generated content.

7. Subscriptions and Payments (SoleGle Pro) / Suscripciones y Pagos (SoleGle Pro)

[EN]Some features require an auto-renewing monthly subscription.

  • If you use the iOS version, the subscription is billed through your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • It renews automatically each month until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Pricing is shown in-app and may vary by region. All plans are non-refundable digital goods.

[EN]SoleGle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, matchmaking success, AI accuracy, or the stability of your rank. AI verdicts are strictly for entertainment purposes and are not a measurement of any real attribute. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

No garantizamos el tiempo de actividad, el éxito del emparejamiento, la precisión de la IA ni la estabilidad de tu clasificación (rank). Los veredictos de la IA son exclusivamente para fines de entretenimiento y no son una medida de ningún atributo real. No somos responsables de ningún daño que surja del uso de la Aplicación.

9. Intellectual Property / Propiedad Intelectual

[EN]The App, including its design, code, scene templates, and branding, is the property of SoleGle. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

[ES]La Aplicación, incluyendo su diseño, código, plantillas de escenas y marca, es propiedad de SoleGle. No puedes copiar, modificar, distribuir ni aplicar ingeniería inversa a ninguna parte del servicio.

10. Account Termination / Terminación de la Cuenta

[EN]We may suspend or terminate access for any user at any time, without notice, if we believe they have violated these terms. You can delete your own account and data at any time through the app's settings.

[EN]This agreement is between you and SoleGle, not Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for any claims related to it.
